Where can I find the formula or recipe for Donna Karan Fuel cologne, discontinued scent from 1994?

I am looking for a listing of the ingredients to Donna Karan’s Fuel for Men cologne, from the early 90s. I want to duplicate the scent, since I have just run out of my supply (which cost a fortune and took quite a bit of searching to find). It is my favorite scent.
