What is the process for adding fragrance inserts to a magazine publication?

As a magazine publisher we ask that all inserts are supplied directly to our printer.
I’ve not had experience myself with fragrance inserts but I suspect they follow the same process.
Once the insert is sold it’s pretty much up to the client what they do with it, so long as it’s legal !
