How do I keep the fragrance of my cologne to last all day?

try rubbing a little oil in your skin where you will apply the colonge let it dry, then apply the colonge..
When you skin is dry, it will not hold the scent as long, but with the oil moisturizing you skin the smell will stay on you skin longer!!

put it on your clothes and warm areas of your skin and a small spritz in your hair

spray it in your hairbrush…….get a washcloth or bandana and spray it and dry your clothes with that cloth/bandana

Same solution as women use.. layers!
If your fragrance comes in different forms, such as deodorant, body wash or body powder, use some of each, or it might just be that you need to carry a “trial size” amount as a refresher.
You can also mix a bit into an unscented hand or body lotion, or cornstarch body powder, to add another layer, if it doesn’t already come in that form.
