How can you keep perfume scent from fading so fast?
First Lady asked:
It seems as quickly as I spray on perfume, the scent is gone. Is there any secret to keeping a lasting scent? Some people’s seem to last all day.

I went to the local Sephora not too long ago and the lady there told me when I put my perfume on my wrists to not rub them together, to let it air dry for the scent to last longer. I’ve tried that ever since and it seems to have worked. Hope that helps! =)

APPLY IT TO CERTAIN AREAS OF THE BODY. INSIDE YOUR ELBOWS, BEHIND EARS, BETWEEN BREASTS, AND BEHIND YOUR NECK. IF YOUR BUYING EAU DE TOILETTE FORGET ABOUT IT. YOU NEED TO BUY EAU DE PARFUME OR HIGHER. TRY OILS

If you want a scent that you KNOW is there, cus you can still smell it, buy the lotion availibe in your perfume…it will be there all day long. I promise.

First of all there are different kinds of strongness but in the same scent. Eau de Toilette is the lightest scent, Eau de Parfume is next, I believe, and the I think, Eau de Cologne is the strongest type of scent you can buy.
Hope this helps!!

I just read in my magazine that you should apply the perfume immediately after your bath, before you dry off-to make it last longer.I tried that and I think it really worked!I also buy inexpenxive unscented or mildly scented lotion and put several drops of cologne(like 7 drops) and shake well then cap tightly and apply all over all or most of my body before drying off. This was really good plus your towel gets a dose of perfume. One more trick-get a tupperware with a lid fill with cornstarch and several drops of cologne then shake and seal tightly for custom scented talc!

this is avery good question……
my personal advice is to get the oil scented perfume, it last all day..
also you can mix with lotion and have the same scent all day…
and of course apply right after you get out of the shower before you dry off…
