How can I break into the Fragrance Industry?

I have a backgrounds in Design and Sales. Is there a University Program or Fragrance Foundation to contact within the business. I want to Represent the Fragrance Companies within their industry, However I would like to study about the business first. Does one go to a Pefumerie or to the large cosmetic companies?

   Basically you have to do your own research and look at individual companies for career opportunities. Luckily they do train in this field.
