    Don’t mix the oil with anything. Just put a few drops in at first. Then you can get a feel for how long it will last, and how strong it will smell. If you have the burner in a small room, you don’t want the scent too strong. Just trial and error. I use wax melts mostly, instead of oil.

    Olive oil is what I use with my essential oils and fragrance oils.
    Other oils seem more tacky during clean-up.

    Mixing is trial and error with amount of scent needed for time and space you are scenting.
    Average need is 15-20 drops according to the note quality and personal sensitivity.

    Essential oils however may require differnt amounts according to note quality.

    Hint:
    Consider spattering and protect walls and wood finishes.

    nope – because I am concerned about what is floating around in the air and eventually coating my lungs..

    i work in a store we sell SOY beads people melt over heat.. they are somewhat safer for you than the Paraffin (petroleum) based things…
